No. Attendance to this event is by pre-registration only. All guests must also have their own registration and have completed the registration process.
Yes, in order to gain access to the event venue, you must have a valid, government-issued ID with picture to present at security.
You are encouraged to bring copies of your resume as well as business cards. Please be aware that there are no printing facilities on site.
First impressions are very important, so make sure you are dressed in suitable business attire.
No, as a policy, Devex does not sponsor anyone for travel, visa, or other related expenses. We regret that they might not be able to attend but we cannot sponsor anyone for event attendance.
Registration will end on March 6, 2015. If the event fills up prior to this date, we will end registration then.
Registration can start as early as 12:00 PM and closes at 3:00 PM the latest. CF attendees are not allowed to enter the career fair exhibit hall until the actual exhibit portion at 2:00 pm.
Review of application is done on a rolling basis and we plan to send status of application within 1 week of registration. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folders as well.
Yes, there is an unattended coatroom onsite.
Light refreshments will be provided during the Career Forum, and the event will end with a standing cocktail reception including beer, wine, and light hors d’oeuvres.
Credit card is the preferred method of payment for this event, however if you would like to explore alternate options, you can email invoice@devex.com.
We'll be sorry not to see you at the Career Forum, but our policy is that we will not issue refunds once payment is completed and you are already accepted to attend. We will, however, issue a refund if your application does not get accepted. Questions about this can be directed to rsvpdc@devex.com.
