As part of Devex's #YouthWill Digital Rally, ADB Youth Initiative will invite ADB staff to give leadership advice in 15-second Instagram video format to aspiring young leaders. Having gained wisdom, experience, and confidence, ADB staff will be asked “If you could give your younger self an advice about leadership, what will it be?” Responses will be posted in the @YouthForAsia Instagram and shared on Twitter using the hashtag #YouthWill.
