Kevin P. Gallagher is a professor of global development policy and the director of Boston University’s GDP Center, which aims to advance policy-relevant research for global financial stability, human well-being, and the environment. He has authored or co-authored several books on economic governance, emerging markets, and sustainable development. Gallagher serves as co-chair on the T20 India Task Force, the Chair’s Council of the United States Export-Import Bank, and the international chair of the Greening the BRI Task Force of the China Council. He has served on various committees, including the U.N. Committee for Development Policy and the National Advisory Council on trade policy at the Environmental Protection Agency. Professor Gallagher specializes in economic development, trade and investment policy, international environmental policy, and Latin America.

Florian Kemmerich is managing partner of Bamboo Capital Partners, founder of Ryan-Kay and board member of numerous organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science in Marketing, and a diploma in business and personal development. Florian leverages his extensive background in start-ups, fundraising, and transactions in health care and life science to invest in, build, and reposition organizations in the competitive global marketplace. In addition, Florian founded a medical education foundation in Mexico. He previously held C-level positions at Parter Capital, Olympus, SBi (Stryker), and B|Braun.

Claire Healy works on international cooperation, the energy transition, and financial diplomacy. She leads a team seeking to build the political and diplomatic conditions for countries to raise their 2030 climate targets and commit to net-zero goals by 2050. With colleagues and partners around the world, they facilitate, support and catalyze institutional, structural and systemic reforms for faster and deeper decarbonization and fit-for-purpose management of climate risks. Prior to working at E3G, Claire worked in International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy. Former roles include international director for Al Gore’s Alliance on Climate Protection, head of delivery for the mayor of Los Angeles, and head of policy for the British Labour Party.

Janti assumed as CEO in January 2020 after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2019. In this position, Janti had oversight for setting agency strategy, ensuring all parts of the organization were well managed, staffed, aligned, and operated as effectively as possible. Strengthening accountability for results and overseeing, integrating, and coordinating divisional activities also fell within her scope of work. Before her work with Save the Children, Janti spent nearly 20 years in the corporate sector at companies including Kimberly-Clark and Unilever. She has master’s degrees in Economics and Finance. Janti is half-Indonesian, and half-Dutch and is married with two children. She is based in Connecticut.

Shabtai Gold is a Devex Senior Reporter based in Washington. He covers multilateral development banks, with a focus on the World Bank, along with trends in development finance. Prior to Devex, he worked for the German Press Agency, dpa, for more than a decade, with stints in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, before relocating to Washington to cover politics and business.
