A new Devex Pro Funding report analyzes aid spending from the Low Countries — Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands — which collectively contributed nearly $9.7 billion in official development assistance in 2022, accounting for 4.73% of the Development Assistance Committee member countries’ total aid. 

Devex has aggregated and analyzed data from official sources, including the OECD and reports from government agencies, to shed light on how Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands spent their ODA between 2017 and 2021. The preliminary data for 2022 ODA spending is also included whenever applicable.
