About the event

From incubation and acceleration to building new partnerships and ecosystems, support for SMEs in emerging markets is growing and diversifying. Building on lessons from the 2019 Social Capital Markets conference, Senior Reporter Catherine Cheney is joined by experts from Village Capital and The Innovation Village of Kampala, Uganda to highlight the challenges of supporting entrepreneurship in emerging markets — and how practitioners can work to connect innovators with the knowledge, resources, and capital needed for their businesses to thrive and scale.
