Devex World is the flagship event of Devex, the media platform for the global development community. It is a high-profile event on the global development calendar held every two years. Approximately 300 development leaders will attend in person, with thousands more joining online. Speakers and attendees include leaders of major global development organizations, technologists, policy and government heads, philanthropists, investors, practitioners, and prominent individuals of all kinds.

Devex World 2024 will be held in person in Washington, D.C., with some sessions available online. Online registration will open soon.

In-person tickets to Devex World 2024 are non-refundable, however, you may transfer your ticket to another person until October 1, 2024.

No. As a policy, Devex does not sponsor travel, visa, or other related expenses. We regret that this might prohibit some from attending in-person. We do hope, however, that the livestream and recorded sessions provide an opportunity for all global development professionals to join us.

U.S. consulates do not require letters of invitation and visas are granted based solely on the merit of the applicant. As a result, Devex will not be providing letters of invitation. Delegates are responsible for securing their own visas to come to the United States.
