Samantha Attridge is a senior research fellow at ODI and a development finance specialist with a particular interest in innovative and blended finance, development finance institutions, and national development banks leading ODI’s research in these areas. Before joining ODI, she headed the Commonwealth’s financing for development policy research, development and advocacy work. She also had policy and managerial responsibility for meetings of Commonwealth central bank governors and finance ministers and the Commonwealth’s engagement with the G-20. Prior to this she was deputy director of sovereign debt management and capital market development consultancy at Crown Agents.

Haje Schütte has been the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's head of financing for sustainable development since 2015 and took over as deputy director of development in 2022. He has responsibility for OECD’s work on finance for sustainable development and related contributions to the G-7, G-20, and APEC. He holds a master's degree in Management and Organisation Change Management (Executive Education) from HEC in France, a master’s degree in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin in Germany, a diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the U.K., and a bachelor’s degree in Ethics, Politics and Economics from Albert Ludwigs Universität of Freiburg in Germany.
