Rachel Kyte is the 14th dean of The Fletcher School at Tufts University. Prior to joining Fletcher, Kyte served as special representative of the U.N. secretary-general and chief executive officer of Sustainable Energy for All. She previously was the World Bank Group vice president and special envoy for climate change. In her U.N. role and as CEO of SEforAll, a nonprofit public-private platform created from an initiative of the U.N. secretary-general, Kyte led efforts to promote and finance clean, affordable energy and low-carbon growth as part of the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals in the context of the Paris Agreement.

Sonia Dunlop

Third Generation Environmentalism
Sonia Dunlop is a senior policy adviser at Third Generation Environmentalism, leading the organization’s work on international financial institutions and public banks. Her role focuses on ensuring that these critical public finance institutions — including multilateral development banks like the World Bank — lead the global transition to a climate-safe world. Prior to joining E3G, Dunlop spent 10 years working in the photovoltaics industry, the European Parliament, and the U.K. House of Commons, working throughout to effect change in key renewable energy policies and legislation.

Damien Navizet

Damien Navizet is Head of AFD’s Climate Division, which is responsible for ensuring that climate issues are taken into account in AFD’s projects and financial initiatives, and for representing the institution in international debates on climate change, such as the Conference of the Parties (COP).
