Ben has over seven years’ experience working in international development, focused on improving graduates’ access to the international development sector and championing diversity in hiring.

Chris Grogan is the talent acquisition manager at Crown Agents, where he is responsible for all project and staff recruitment as well as project mobilization and contracts. He has been with Crown Agents for 18 months and before that worked at a large U.K.-based international development consultancy as a senior recruitment and HR business partner. Originally trained as an occupational psychologist, Chris moved into more mainstream human resources with roles at Sony and Gartner. He brings a broad range of HR experiences from various sectors.
