Rachel leads the People Team, which includes attracting amazing talent and cultivating a culture of growth at Devex. We know that we wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for our awesome Devexers!

Our team builds and offers things like an excellent interview experience, all-inclusive onboarding, diversity and inclusion efforts, wellness activities, and leadership and skills development workshops.

Before Rachel joined Devex, she was a Communications Coach for professionals worldwide. She worked with professionals, from start-ups to multinationals, teaching the subtitles of communication in leadership roles. She believes we can only do our best work when we're able to communicate effectively with our team.

With a broad set of skills, from developing and leading international programs to scaling an EdTech start-up in San Francisco, Rachel looks to bring balance. Balance between achieving business goals and helping team members reach their potential and lead fulfilling careers.

When Rachel isn't leading yoga classes or chatting with candidates, she's experimenting in the kitchen, down at the beach, or learning something new.
