Mica manages operations for over 100 Devex staff working around the clock, five days a week. Not bad for someone who started out as an executive assistant in 2008. But if her swift rise up the ladder to a leading role in Devex member support, corporate accounting and human resource isn't enough testament to Mica's tenacity, consider her passion for corporate social responsibility. Through a World Vision education program, she raised enough money by recycling company plastic bottles to send three children to school in the Philippines, supporting the global and national call to achieve the Millennium Development Goal 2: Universal Access to Education.
