Katrina is a highly skilled recruiter with a reputation for uncovering those hard-to-find candidates. She has a formidable skill set for taking on even the most challenging of roles. As lead recruiter and Associate Director for our global recruitment services team, Katrina supports our executive search service, and having managed outreach efforts to in-demand applicant pools, has grown a considerable pipeline of candidates, ready for use whenever a search is requested. Katrina serves as a project manager for large scale recruitment projects, and has helped to successfully implement high-level executive searches and recruitment efforts with World Bank, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, UN agencies like UNHCR and UNOPS, as well as international NGOs. She is also a skilled CV writer for mostly senior and executive level clients.

Before Katrina joined Devex, she worked as Selection and Assessment Associate with Development Dimensions International, a global talent management consulting firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Communications and graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, and speaks fluent English. Her eye for detail is evident even beyond the workplace, being an avid collector of unique jewelry pieces.
