Jenni Cardamone serves as the Vice President of Partnerships at Devex, where she spearheads communications partnerships with foundations, global corporations, international NGOs, and donor agencies through innovative initiatives, content series, and events. Her work includes crafting impactful editorial and thought leadership projects that drive global discussions on the Sustainable Development Goals. Jenni is dedicated to enhancing brand visibility and engagement for Devex partners, helping them amplify their impact.

Before taking on leadership roles in business development in the US and Africa, she played a pivotal role in establishing the Advertising Strategies business line at Devex. Over her decade-long tenure, she has distinguished herself as a relationship builder, strategic communicator, and trusted advisor to partners across the public, private, and social sectors.

Before joining Devex in 2013, Jenni was with Deloitte LLP, where she managed branding and strategic communications for Deloitte’s Federal portfolio, focusing on international development and intelligence. She also held key positions at the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network (MFAN) and the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC), where she was instrumental in building a diverse and influential network of leaders engaged in foreign assistance reform, development, and diplomacy.

For the past 4+ years she has served on the Board of Directors of AMP Global Youth, a youth-powered network that amplifies the story, voice and power of high school students and young professionals, equipping them to be visionary leaders and bold change makers around urgent global challenges. In 2012, Jenni was named one of the Top 99 Under 33 Foreign Policy Leaders by the Diplomatic Courier and Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Boston University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Master’s Degree in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
