As a founding Executive Vice President at Devex, Jason works alongside a diverse and talented team of over 100 communicators, designers, developers, writers, researchers, recruiters and more to connect and inform 1 million people around the world on the media platform for the global development community. He believes that by making development more inclusive and transparent, we can do more good for more people.
Jason is charged with growing membership and strengthening awareness of Devex globally. He works to connect donors, companies, NGOs and individual professionals with the right services and information to help them do their work – better. His previous experience includes special initiatives with organizations such as the U.S. Department of State, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, United Nations Foundation, USAID and Harvard University.
Jason looks back fondly on the role he played in the earliest days of Devex designing the original suite of recruitment and business development products and engaging many of the organization’s first European members while living in Brussels. A graduate of McGill University, he has worked and traveled in more than 40 countries and is now based in the U.S.
Jason is passionate about spending time with his family and listening to Talking Heads with his son at the breakfast table before school. He enjoys the study of language, a well-written sitcom and the Socratic method. Why, you ask? He’s more than happy to discuss.
