Jason is Co-founder and EVP of Devex, the media platform for the global development community, where he leads operations. He's interested in what makes businesses focused on impact successful–and the culture, systems and teams that make them work.

Jason is part of the executive team that has led Devex through several important phases of growth. Previously, he was responsible for design of the Devex recruitment and funding marketplace product which sparked an industry movement to improve the discoverability of funding, job and candidate data to make development projects more competitive. He led the effort to reposition Devex as part of the social enterprise’s expansion into a full-fledged news organization and has been responsible for the development and successful launch of new business lines including its first paid news subscription, Devex Pro.

Jason believes in the power of connecting the right person with the right organization (and job). He’s currently writing about what he calls the SDG Talent Gap and how to connect more individuals to careers with impact during this Decade of Action. He has worked and traveled in more than 40 countries, meeting with Devex member organizations to understand their business challenges and how to achieve greater impact–especially in the area of recruitment. He has also spoken at industry events and universities around the globe, many of whom are Devex University Members.
