Diana Palomares leads the People Operations team at Devex, where she drives global initiatives focused on automation, talent retention, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development. Formerly part of the Finance & Operations team, Diana is now fully dedicated to Devex’s most valuable asset—its people.
Known for her curiosity and optimism, Diana is passionate about learning and personal growth. She loves traveling and aims to visit every Disney Park around the world. An avid learner, she has taken a wide range of classes, including cooking, dancing, sports, and languages, and is currently studying Japanese. Diana is also dedicated to giving back and serves as president of MXDC, a volunteer-based nonprofit supporting the Mexican community in the U.S. She actively mentors entrepreneurs, students, and tech professionals, contributing to economic empowerment and career development programs.
Originally from Mexico and now based in Washington, D.C., Diana holds a degree in International Business from Tec de Monterrey. Before joining Devex, she gained experience working with McDonald’s, Coca-Cola Femsa, Disney, and Cultural Care.
Diana is a Ricardo Salinas Scholar and an Aspen Institute Socrates Program alumna.
