Kristi Ragan
Chief of Party, The Invest Project

Kristi Ragan has spent decades building and leading exceptional teams to push the practice of international development beyond its zone of comfort. She began her career working in rural villages in Asia and Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer, before spending over a decade working at UNDP. She has worked for the last 15 years at DAI, a global development firm, and is currently leading USAID’s new $95 million INVEST initiative to mobilize private investment in emerging markets. Previous to this, she supported USAID’s Global Development Lab to bring technology, innovation and partnerships into mainstream development programs. 

Jane Kellum
Education, Gender, and Protection specialist

Jane Kellum is an education, gender and protection specialist with over twelve years of experience in international development and humanitarian aid. Jane is currently an independent consultant providing her services to international organizations, such as Plan International, Save the Children, ME&A, Creative Associates International, Training Resource Group Inc, CARICOM, Banyan Global, CARE International and USAID. Prior to consulting, Jane spent four and a half years in Haiti with CARE USA, including working as Chief of Party for a project that focused on getting out-of-school children back into the education system.
