Sibylle Koenig 
International Development Consultant

Sibylle Koenig is a senior development expert with 13 years´experience in managing, monitoring and evaluating EU and U.N. external aid/ cooperation programs. She has worked for a variety of development institutions, including EuropeAid (European Commission), UN Women, GIZ and several NGOs in both Latin America and Europe, with extensive in-country experience in Africa and Asia. For the past three years, Sibylle has been an independent consultant working for a wide range of clients worldwide. In October 2016, she took up a two-year assignment as an EU Joint Programming Key Expert for EuropeAid.
Roberto Amorosino
Senior HR Specialist at the World Bank Group


Roberto, an Italian national, joined The World Bank Group in 1994. He currently works for the Talent Acquisition team in the HR Department dealing with external recruitment, diversity and outreach issues. He has worked at the Headquarters in Washington, DC (1994-1996 and 2008-present), Paris (1996-2001) and Rome (2001-2008). Prior to the Bank, Roberto worked for Italian-based executive search firms. He has a Law Degree (Master's equivalent) from the University La Sapienza, Rome.

Yvette Gonzalez
Independent Consultant and Managing Director of Gonzalez Global Solutions LLC

Yvette Gonzalez is a senior international development leader with over 18 years of experience in business development, human resilience, relationship management, project leadership, and strategic planning in complex contexts. Yvette has worked in multiple sectors for various private and public entities. She has worked in over 20 countries and is fluent in French and Spanish. Her insight hails from her time as a full-time employee transitioning to a sole proprietor, and now as Managing Director of her own small business.


Andrea Ruzo - Moderator

Andrea Ruzo is Devex's global Member Experience guru. She works with organizations spread all over the world, from the US, to Europe, to Asia, to help them make the most of their Devex membership. In the past, she has served as a press officer with USAID's Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance, overseen media relations for the Center for Global Development, and managed consumer PR and crisis communications for Kaiser Permanente. She started her career as a radio producer for Chicago NPR affiliate WBEZ.
