His business development experience includes writing and reviewing proposal sections related to personnel and management, as well as designing and facilitating recruitment courses for two of the industry’s largest firms, covering full cycle recruitment and writing.

Susanne Barsoum

During her 13 years at Chemonics International, Susanne spent 7 years as Director of Business Development for the Middle East and North Africa division and held field positions in Haiti, Jordan, and Nigeria.
