Staff Welfare: Helping aid workers so they can help others

calendarWednesday, September 16th, 2015 time10am EDT (GMT-4)

The physical, emotional and psychological toll that humanitarians and their families face is undeniable, especially for those working in conflict. While most will agree staff welfare deserves more attention, knowing how to better support your staff- or yourself- is less obvious.

Join us for a webinar with Lynne Cripe from The KonTerra Group, whose expertise is in working with organizations and individuals to foster resilience in high-risk environments. We'll be discussing strategies for creating a wellness program in your organization, what you can do to build resiliency and how to get the help you need even when helping others.
