About the Event

This year the United Nations will host the first Food Systems Summit with the goal of uniting multiple sectors and actors around building more equitable and sustainable food systems as part of the Decade of Action to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. A week before the summit — and on the launch date of Devex’s new food systems newsletter, Devex Dish — Devex senior reporter, Teresa Welsh, sits down with Lawrence Haddad, executive director at GAIN and chair of Action Track 1, to discuss how governments and the global community can ensure access to safe and nutritious food for all.

Get the inside track on how agriculture, nutrition, sustainability, and more are intersecting to remake the global food system in this weekly newsletter.

This event will include live captioning.
