About the event

From delivering blood and vital medical supplies to mapping, monitoring and evaluation, rapid advances in drone technologies are generating excitement across the development sector. How can donors better direct their funds toward building local capacity for drone use? What regulatory frameworks must be put in place to ensure safe environments? And how are prominent actors like the U.N. incorporating this technology in their work?

As part of the Drones for Development series, Devex is convening a webinar featuring policy and implementation experts from WFP, UNICEF and ICAO, to explore the latest innovations in drones for development — and share insights into how the U.N. is thinking about this technology.
