Sarah Olia
Assistant Director of the Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) Program at Harvard Kennedy School.

In this role, Sarah coordinates recruitment and admissions for the program. Sarah holds a BA in International Economics from Valparaiso University and an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has lived and worked on four continents, including a year teaching English in South Korea and two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Moldova.

Cheryl Bailey
Assistant Director of Admissions for Duke University’s mid-career Master of International Development Policy (MIDP) Program at the Duke Center for International Development (DCID) at Sanford School of Public Policy

Cheryl manages admissions and recruiting so she has read thousands of files from candidates around the world and brings a solid understanding of what makes a strong application. She earned her bachelor’s in French and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, her master’s in Liberal Studies from Duke, and a teaching certificate in French from the University of Central Florida. She also spent two years with the Peace Corps teaching math in French in the Central African Republic. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Salve Regina University.

Ben Nielsen
Admissions Counselor, The George Washington University

Ben assists with the admissions for the online MPH@GW program from the Milken Institute of Public Health at The George Washington University. He joined the admissions team and their technology partner 2U in 2016.
