Kecia Bertermann oversees research and measurement for Girl Effect's digital portfolio. Her career has spanned analogue and digital research and monitoring and evaluation in Africa and Asia, and her more recent projects have explored ways of combining data science with traditional research methods. Kecia began her international research and M&E career in public health, and has designed large-scale M&E systems related to emergency response, community health and post-conflict interventions.
